Dr. Cramer-Hammann understands that some patients will want to utilize their insurance benefits to cover therapy costs, whereas others prefer to finance these same services on their own.
Dr. Cramer-Hammann is in-network with a select number of insurance providers. If Dr. Cramer-Hammann is not a provider with your insurance, certain insurance companies also have out-of-network benefits for their members. Your insurance will be billed directly, and copays are due at the time of service. Should a session be missed without sufficient notification, the missed session fee is due prior to the next scheduled session.
